Thrust Roller Bearing
Thrust roller bearings are used to bear the combined axial and radial load, which is mainly the axial load, but the radial load shall not exceed 55% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this kind of bearing has lower friction factor, higher speed, and has self-aligning performance.
The stick of 29000 type bearing is asymmetrical spherical roller, which can reduce the relative sliding of roller and raceway in work, and the roller is long and large in diameter, the number of rollers is large, the load capacity is high, and it is usually lubricated by oil. Grease can be used for individual low-speed conditions. When designing and selecting, it should be preferred;
Type 80000 thrust cylindrical roller bearings, type 90000 thrust tapered roller bearings and AXK type thrust needle roller bearings can bear one-way axial load. It has a much larger axial load capacity than thrust ball bearings, and has greater rigidity. Occupies little axial space.
Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are mainly used in machinery such as heavy-duty machine tools, high-power marine gearboxes, oil drilling rigs, and vertical motors.
