The difference Between Vibrating Screens Bearings and Ordinary bearings

Vibrating screens are mostly used in mines and the working conditions are very harsh. Not only the environmental humidity is high, the dust particles are high, the temperature is high, but also there is strong vibration and shock, resulting in a very heavy workload. This requires the bearing of the vibrating screen to have strong bearing capacity, good impact resistance, high reliability, and good lubrication performance, while being able to overcome the deflection and deformation of the shaft.

Special bearing for vibrating screen:

1. The inner and outer rings and rolling elements are made of vacuum degassed bearing steel, which has good fatigue resistance.

2. The cage is made of aluminum-iron-manganese bronze material, which has high strength, good elasticity and better wear resistance.

Ordinary bearings:

1. The inner and outer rings and rolling elements are made of ordinary bearing steel.

2. The cage is made of zinc brass, with low strength and poor elasticity.

Special bearing for vibrating screen:

1. The diameter of the rolling element is increased, and the length of the rolling element is increased.

2. The cage is guided by the outer ring rib to reduce the force on the roller. 

3. The inner ring rib is used to guide the roller to improve the running of the roller.

4. The cylindrical roller bearing cage adopts an integral structure, which greatly improves the strength.

Ordinary bearings:

C. Different vibration special bearings with tolerance and manufacturing process:

1. Strictly manufactured according to P6 precision standards, especially the tolerance of inner and outer diameters is very small.

2. The size of the rolling elements differs by 0.002.

3. The outer diameter of the cylindrical roller has convexity modification to avoid stress concentration.

4. The rolling surface is super-precisely treated with high smoothness.

Ordinary bearing:  

1. General PO grade precision tolerance (part of P6 grade standard) manufacturing.

2. Rolling element grouping 0.005. 3. Cylindrical roller without convexity training. Part of the raceway is only polished, and the finish is low

D. Heat treatment phenomenon

Special bearing for vibrating screen:

1. The inner and outer rings are made of Bay-Martens mixed quenching or Martens quenching + high temperature tempering, with uniform hardness, small internal stress, good toughness, impact and vibration resistance.

2. It has good stability when working within 150C. Ordinary bearings: The inner and outer rings adopt ordinary quenching methods, which have poor toughness. FAG vibrating screen bearings have poor impact and vibration resistance. The bearings have poor impact and vibration resistance and poor thermal stability.

Ordinary bearings: The clearance is generally produced according to the standard group or C3 group. The clearance of FAG mining machinery bearings is small, or the range is large, and the dispersion is large. 

E. Use effect 

Special bearings for vibration: low noise, low temperature rise, good stability, long service life, no early fatigue. Ordinary bearings: high noise, high temperature, poor stability, short service life, and early fatigue.
